While the Wonderbolts fall right into Sombra's trap, Sunset Shimmer finds herself conflicted. To resolve it, she goes to see her former teacher and mentor, Princess Celestia.

As a side note, it appears after all I did make an oblique reference to Equestria Girls. I don't know, so far I think I've done a pretty good job of weaving my own narrative around canon.
