I've always wanted to draw anthro characters in military situations, but didn't know where to start. I've looked through some of my archive and decided to use a Manul/Pallas's cat for the setting. I didn't want to draw a bear on this pic considering how stereotypical in an overused kind of way. I mostly don't know how to execute it in this uniform. I chose the animal I've wanted, then, the setting and uniform. I went with Putin's Polite Green Men and chose a PKP Pecheneg machine gun. Looks nice. I really like the EMR setup. I used Gmod to help me getting reference for the pose and especially the weapon. I had to reference a few different models a long with some references on Google. The Gmod models were different than each other [not including the PKM models available in the workshop]. I also used Google to reference the EMR/Digital Flora gear that they've used and the border sign from here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWgvhKMn4a8

It's unclear which border this is. I'll let the viewers decide. The sky is actually another one of my photography taken by myself while I was doing this. I had to edit it to make it looks brighter and "peace" looking. Hope you guys like it! :D (Big Grin)
