I doodled an image of Coal earlier today and Talin brought up an AU where Coal never had to become a blood demon and remained his smaller, nerdier self. I couldn't help but give it some life~

Coal originally had fiery red hair and red horns, but those faded to silver and black when he became a blood demon, it's weird seeing him with different colors.
Also he has his demon marks when not a blood demon, so Kai can finally pass on his mate mark~<3
