Because knitting and ADD are a horrible combination, I started a new project today (why yes, I do have about five other unfinished projects sitting somewhere, sad and alone, taking up precious needle space).

I've had these super soft and fuzzy yarns for a long while now, and figured I can make a tuxedo cat sort of glove with them. I'd like to make tuxedo mittens with my finer, wool yarn, so I'd actually be able to work in a paw pad pattern. This one, the yarns are too bulky for any kind of detailed color work, but it will knit up MUCH faster (for reference, this is about an hour of knitting, and the fingerless paw gloves take about six hours). I like to think of it as the poor man's fursuit glove.

Sorry for the less than ideal picture. That tends to happen when you have terrible lighting and a terrible cell phone camera. I'll move this to scraps when/if I finish it and get a better picture.
