I... love... paint tool sai. Where has this program been all my life???
Finally finished! I'm really happy with how this turned out! This is just a fun little fanart piece. For those of you who don't know (I'm sure you guys do), this is Renamon and her mega digivolution, Sakuyamon from Digimon Tamers.
Total time of about 10 hours. Surprisingly for me, the most time-consuming part was painting the flat colours. I may do more Renamon fanart later. Enjoy!

Thank you very much for both. :) I grew up to the original Digimon show, so unfortunately, I didn't see tamers until my late teens/early adult years. I'm still not sure about the biomerging idea as well, but I understand why they did it. I wish things would stay a little bit more cannon throughout the different seasons, otherwise it feels like they're jumping around with different ideas for digivolution rules.
No, I don't have the second version yet 0.0' I need to go and grab myself a copy, that sounds amazing!

Really gorgeous (and I loved your Kyuubimon too). Tamers kind of defined my childhood and an unoriginal as it is I just adored Renamon's line. I always found the biomerging idea a little weird as a way to do mega forms but eh, the megas were at least super cool (except MegaGargomon :P).
And how great is Sai, am I right? If you haven't already the second version of it is in open beta for people who own Sai1. It's got some nice improvements like rulers, a text tool, and increased canvas/memory sizes. (it says it's a beta but so far I've honestly encountered no bugs or problems at all)
