The cabins that, more often than not, face the nearby star are actually subject to a lower rent. It's harder to control your day/night cycle when you're facing the sun all day, but I think the view more than makes up for it. Failing that, the sunlight filtered through last decade's finest solar cells makes for a great reading light.
Reading aboard an orbital hab, about to go work his shift or just come back - given that he's wearing his iridescent space-shorts. Not sure on the specifics of his job, but I expect he's helped keep some lighthuggers purring.
