Krown was offered a job with the great gator Lass, herself, Madamme Bliss.

The job of course being a subject by which Bliss wished to try her abilities to conjure food to fatten up her prey--- er, serve at banquets.

Krown agreed.

Now Bliss is becoming increasingly surprised at the owlgon's hunger. For it is not one to be under estimated.
