Got my hands on a Burning of Prospero boxed set and absolutely had to get started on the miniatures inside straight away! The MkIII power armour is fantastic, lots of hard edges for anyone that enjoys highlighting painstakingly clearly or, like me, doesn't mind bashing out the drybrush for troopers like these. Geigor Fell-Hand and Ahriman will, naturally, get a slightly more involved job than these guys, but considering this is the end result of about an hour's work on each, I'm actually pretty pleased with the results.
Thanks! The MkIII armour is fantastic stuff, it really lends itself perfectly to the drybrushing I wanted to try.
Yeah, totally up my alley. I must admit, I do have a soft spot for Corvus armour with the bobbly shoulders, I'd love to have a bash at something like that. I hope to get my hands on stuff like this, would love to do some Sons of Horus!

Man, I've always wanted to paint Heresy era models, been a huge fan of the old armour types. Love me some dry brushing and hard line edging! :D Wonderful job you've done here, look great.
