Fennel works at a bar/pub that p much caters to human clientele so his mimic is permanent. Takes him a good couple of hours to build up enough energy to transform into his smaller version and after he transfers back he's usually pretty exhausted.
Harvest is the opposite and Thistle is constantly switching between the two so he doesn't have too much of a problem.
