This is O'Deer, the mascot of A Furry Chat. A Furry Chat is the largest SFW furry chat on Telegram, and I help operate it behind the scenes. It leverages an automated self-moderation system, which I built to give users autonomy over the community (rather than being controlled by traditional chatroom administrators).
