I like how this kind of looks like a screenshot, and the colors ofcourse.
The only critique I have is that, there's only a small amount blurred (as I am guessing you did that as to make the focus be on the character, mimicking a photo), that it's actually very..distracting? I believe that's the tail, and in the future I think it should be bigger as to draw more interest (or have other things blurred)
Overall it's a lovely piece, I adore it!
