EDIT: Fixed the face to get it a smidgen closer to The Judge's canon design, particularly the eye color and the mouth.
I've probably been beaten to the punch with this idea, but what the heck.
Fanart of the game Off, a french-based RPG with a rather surreal atmosphere and story (you can look up more info about the game - and even play it for free! - over here) in the style of Théophile-Alexandre Steinlen's famous "Le Chat Noir" poster, albeit with a color scheme based off the game itself, specifically Zone 0, the first level of the game where you meet the mysterious talking cat known as The Judge.
I confess I've only seen a Let's Play of the game (the puzzles would have killed it for me), but I was so engrossed with the story that it made me want to do this. Also, yanno, I'm a sucker for art parodies.
Like I said, I only saw a let's play as well. Genuinely impressed with the art direction and the music for this game, not to mention the approach to telling a story. Not bad for something made in RPGMaker!
And just for fun, here's Mortus Reptus (the creator)'s blog, which includes some of his art doodlings. Fair warning, it's in french and not worksafe: http://mortisghost.blogspot.com/

He looks great :) well done on the style here. I enjoyed OFF (didn't play it myself but I watched an LP of it) it was a pretty awesome story with a really twisted ending.
