Day 13: Raquel

Another former Sonic-verse NPC re-designed. Not counting the fact she now better resembles a seal (Harp Seal, in case you ask), she still has her general fashionista design from before. I admit I picked to draw her mostly because I could use more excuses to practice drawing anthropomorphic seals again.
