Yup!! First time ever making Homestuck troll horns for cosplay! And they actually didn't turn out horrible! Not perfect, but not bad either!

Anywayy, these were made out of Crayola Model Magic.
Then once dried, sanded a bit.
Then painted over with Modge podge
Then painted!
Then Modge podge again.
Then snaps were glued to the bottom of them, and onto small bases made of wonderflex. And the wonderflex bases go on the inside of the wig and the horns and top and they snap together! So the horns are attached to the wig instead of on a head band or something!.
