I’d never done a headswap pic before, let alone try to figure out how do it between two characters who each have a different number of heads and limbs.

I think it's a cute and fun idea to swap heads with a multihead. They wouldn't be used to sharing a body. Talk about a fun new experience.

Actually, here’s what’s happening: Gabe (the German Shepherd) normally has two heads. Pamiiruq (the husky) has one. Pamiiruq swaps his head for one of Gabe’s, so Gabe controls Pamiiruq’s body while Pamiiruq controls Gabe’s body and Gabe’s other head.

Oh! I’d kinda assumed that each head had a brain and that in a way, the husky was in control of both bodies, but it’s more interesting the way you described it!
