At the height of the Roman empire, Gladiator games are used as a way to win over the mob of Rome; people come from all parts of the continent to witness these gruesome tournaments. With the capture of a Barbarian ruler whose kingdom was once allied with Rome, the Emperor shows his childish cruelty by sending his old friend to the edges of the Sahara to likely die in smaller Gladiator rings. This man's strength keeps him alive long enough to be sent to the magnificent Colosseum, the last place where the Emperor would expect his ex-ally. In a turn of events the Barbarian is loved by the crowd, and the Emperor has no choice but to keep him alive if he wishes to keep the mob on his side. But the Emperor will not settle for this result, and plans, on the last day of the Gladiator games, a specatcular display of swordsmanship and grandeur. That is, of the Barbarian will be able to survive the trials ahead.

My project these past few days! Hoping to start up a Hetalia/Gladiator series in order to practice semi-realism and coloring. Hope you guys enjoy :)
