Here's the anon cub one I have finished for Kitsunny again with binky (pacifier) attachment. Leaving it detached until Kitsunny picks it up at TFF and her hubby decides if he likes the perler side or the full melt side better. And yes the pacifier is removable. Sort of? It's a method using low-stick high durability tape instead of doing it right on a board and basically over melting one side to give it that smooth pixel look. (^__^) If you are melting right on your boards, make sure not to try and melt this far, it will destroy your perling board. I warped a few before I found a different method. X3 lol

Oh I did it right on the board with a piece of baking paper on top of it (so in between the beads and the surface of the iron). Do you perhaps have a link to the tape you use?

The popular census is generic masking tape if you want to try that method. But it honestly depends on the iron you use, the max heat on the iron and what temp you use to melt. IMO try a few small / quick projects and test out different tapes to see which works best with your iron. hope that helps! (^__^)

Really cute! How did you get the perler beads to become so melted? Did you just leave the iron on for a while?
