More along the line of WoW fanart. This is my boyfriend's Pandaren Monk, Kwoo Frostale.

Story line wise, Kwoo is near his 40s, with his training being in that of a Wind Walker. He's got many years of training under his belt, as well as time spent in battle during a war in Pandaria. He's incredibly intelligent, kind and loving, even if he can come across as sort of.. odd. He can often be found speaking in poems, enjoying his brew (which he is offering the viewer), training himself, meditating, or simply enjoying the wonders and beauty of life. He is, however, definitely not someone you want to make angry. He can be vicious when it comes to protecting those that he loves or a place that he wishes to protect. It's.. best to stay out of his way then.

Along the way, in his travels through Pandaria, simply enjoying himself, he came across a female Blood Elf Death Knight, drawn to her by her beauty and by the fact she seemed.. frozen. Her outward persona, the attitude she showed to others, was cold and distant and he sought to bring warmth to her life, which began a long and interesting relationship with her. (more on Kit will be explained in her own post)

This was originally a simple test in drawing a Pandaren, just to draw one, but it quickly became my boyfriend's Monk. The figure, somewhat larger and stockier, is generally not something I'm use to, but I am very happy with how it came out. I have fallen in love with both male and female Pandaren since then. <3 those chunky babies.
