As some might or probably didn't notice I lately wasn't so accepting of positive comments about my pictures. Well, the picture should be self explaining there. Here is why I don't trust it anymore.

I can really say my art has advanced over the last year just as it did all the time. Better shading, better anatomy, etc. Yet...well, from the feedback(faves, upvotes, whatever), I can't really say that. Am I just wrong. My art is just as bad as it was a year ago? Is my style just not as likeable as the style of others? I don't know. I can just make assumptions. It's just crappy shit I can assume.

The other day I've uploaded a commission an artist did for me to e621. Guess what, the votes and faves didn't get closer to what his other pictures got there, it stayed as low as my own art there. What does that say? Everything that has my name on it is automatically shit? I am a jerk, everybody knows and that's why nobody wants to deal with me?
