Can I say that I'm picking Treecko as my starter?

I usually do, because I like it's design. Grovyle often reminds me of a ninja and I think Blaziken is over used. Sad thing is both my favorite dragon, Flygon, and Mega Sceptile are x4 weak to ice. Guess I need to find myself a good fighting type.
Also hoping Flygon gets a mega form. I have a shiny competitive Flygon and I would like to see it's shiny mega form if it gets one.
