400 years ago in the soul society, a group of shinigami were blessed with mighty blades that had the abilities of controlling time and space. The captain commander decided to form a 14th squadron within the 13 protection squads and kept it as a secretive organisation that was know only as a myth to even the most elite captains. Situated deep underground the 14th squad seeks to alter the past to make life easier by stopping other worldly disasters from happening by altering the timestream in dire consequences.

Hidden in time Kiffuyu and his squad come out of hiding during Aizen's attack on the real world to obtain the kings key. The squad busts into action to change the events from a future lost.

Zanpakuto - Benkai (zweihander-esc blade) Takenochi (Wakazachi)

In their Shikai form Benkai slows its opponent with every hit until they freeze to a timeless state and Takenochi can create tears or portals to alternate dimensions and times.

In Bankai form both blades merge into a large intricate zweihander that freezes time when kiffuyu clicks a button on a stopwatch... Kiffuyu's attire changes to a victorian/samurai getup with a nobelesc appearance. Due to the power and applications that this bankai displays Kiffuyu rarely uses it.
