Half-Body done for Yoki on Toyhouse, featuring their character Twitch.

This is just so nostalgic on so many levels. One memory that comes to mind for some reason is Little Big Planet. Don’t ask me why, but I’m probably thinking about one of the backdrops from the second game. Another memory I think about is this off-brand Chuck E. Cheese like place I used to go to when I was like 8 or 9 years old. I forgot the name of it, but an alien was the mascot. 

I genuinely love how this piece turned out! My cell shading is getting better, but I still need to figure out a couple things to improve. As you’ve probably noticed, I’ve tried to draw more paw-like hands. Did the best I could now, and will improve overtime. Another cool bit about this is the lighting. Had to play around with the overlays a bunch these past few years and I’ve learned a lot. Probably one of my favorite things about digital Art.

Twitch has to be one of the most interesting characters I’ve ever drawn so far. In terms of design, It’s really nostalgic and vibrant. His personality is rather interesting too! Yoki did a really good job with creating Twitch imo. I might have to check out some of their other characters and profiles.
