This is an OC that I created for a friends "Tales of" idea.

Her name is Rika and she's....well, she's pretty darned ditzy. This is her Profile picture, and I tried to imitate the tales cg style...but I don't think I did a very good job of it. I succeeded in the eyes, that's about it.
