Some of you may have seen the Dragonite sketch I have in my submissions. I really needed the exercise on backgrounds and this seemed like the perfect candidate for one. After a long session of painting in SAI and serious concentration... this is the end result. I am thoroughly pleased with it, but as always, I would love to hear ya'lls take on it!
