Lilo and Stitch

Featuring my OC FireStarter (Experiment 630).
Anyone who knows me knows how much I love Lilo and Stitch, it is one of my all-time favorite movies and one of my top five Disney movies. I love it all (minus the Anime;which I have a weird love/hate with). So naturally I got my own experiment and this is my girl FireStarter.
Her primary function is to lie and sow misinformation (or be a 'fire' starter) but later, she has Jumba fix her powers and she can produce sparks from her finger tips or basically shoot fireworks. She also has a love interest in Reuben (Experiment 625).
