This is my OC Sanctuary Hearts
Sans is from Earth and human, befriending the Autobots and helping them with their fight against the Decepticons as well as other Villain throughout Detroit. San is unusual for a human, having super strength and has the ability to bend the elements, making her a strong and valuable ally to Optimus and his team. San is leader of her own team, the old group thought to be lost to time, the Maximals. Given the title after Optimal Prime (the original leader) couldn't be found at first and later stayed as Optimal gave his blessing for her to continue leading his team (he liked retirement) and be her advisor/second-in-command. Sans does have a bit of a temper, having short fuse most of the time and easily angered usually by her friend Dancer when she starts teasing her.

San has a crush on Bumblebee and visverse, the two extremely awkward whenever it is brought up and Sans usually acting like a tsundere about it. She is often hanging around Bumblebee and will sometimes get after him, either for immature behavior, embarrassing her, or getting hurt. They however are still very close and care deeply for each other, with San later gifting Bumblebee half of a Yin-Yang Necklace, which he often wears and is a treasured possession.
