Saulo is a furry from Paraguay who has brought so many new things into the Paraguayan fandom.

He never had a fursona though, therefore I decided to bring him into a private call and create a fursona for him as a gift.

He's also the person behind the decision of buying a desktop computer over a laptop. He's very knowledgeable in everything technology.
