I got a pack of 4"x4" artist tile with a package of Bristol paper I'd purchased some time back. When I draw small...sometimes I'm good, sometimes it could be better, sometimes it's a fail. Because the paper's fairly thick vellum Bristol it eats markers fast--so I colored the batch of these that I did with my "background markers" (my off-brands like Artist's Loft and The Fine Touch), mainly. There's 10 Pokemon-themed ones in all...I'll only post one per day. :)

With most of these, I've tried to make the background the color of their Type (according to the Pokemon TCG and color coding bars)...this one I didn't, because I didn't think a light grey (Normal) would fit and pink (Fairy) would be too much in one piece. Why blue? Audino's regular forme has blue eyes. :)

There's also a slight in-joke here...the very first Audino I ever encountered and caught in the games--I named her "Pillow". It was because she made me think of all those animal-pillow things that were so popular a few years back! chuckle
