This was a sketch I posted some time back in a sketchdump page, back when I first got Manga Studio 5. I tried fixing up the lines as much as I could (there's actually 2 layers of sketchlines, I tried seeing what it looked like with only one, but it looks much better with both).
But...I finally found the coloring tool I like BEST in MS5--it's one of the "Marker" brush tools. So Zoro himself is colored with this tool, the background is the spraycan and blur tools.
Zoro belongs to Eiichiro Oda/One Piece.

The watercolor ones are really nice...I used those on all the Shadow ones a little while back! I don't like most of the marker tools, but this one is really nice--I really have to reduce the size on it though, it's a pretty large brush out of all the marker tools, but I don't have to do much swiping to fill areas with it! chuckle

You and your marker tools--You just have to use them traditionally and digitally lol
Personally, I prefer the water color brushes <3
