I thought it would be fun to do two pieces of Izuru-chan with his short hair.

This one is Izuru back in the days at the Soul Reaper Academy...as I was referencing the manga I could see a definite difference between the short hair he had back in his younger days with the short hair he has right before he dies. I'll give one thing to Kubo...he does put some nice (small) details into things like hairstyle changes. Here you can see how portions of his hair grew out into the long-ish style he had for the majority of the series.
