I love Velvet so much. I came so close to wanting a Caneel just because of Velvet

  I am not even sure if it’s a species the creator promotes anymore—they never even draw their own. But they told me they’re happy to see I still give mine love. :)
  
  I do remember back in the day, they had someone try to rip-off the species, so I’m sure that can make a creator unhappy too.
