Well.............I hope I am doing "better" with the underwater look, since this piece:

.............though. I guess I could've tried harder with the fish here, compared to the older piece. XD

    I like the way the water looks; granted, there's always better ways to depict pretty much everything, but I'd say this is on the better side of the scale.

      It would probably help if I knew how to use those effect layers properly...............I'm probably not. But I'm doing my best by messing around with them. :)
