He is rather girly! XD
It's a Geo Symbol Monster. When you're in the Item World...sometimes you'll see the symbols move around on the board, those are Geo Symbols with a Monster living under them. (This can be a pain if their Geo Effect is something like "Damage 40%"...you think you're safe at the end of your turn and then the Geo Symbol moves onto the color you're standing on and SUDDENLY at the end of the enemy turn you're taking 40% damage of your total HP! @_@)
