This is Twilight from the original 1983 line of MLP and the original television special...Twilight is pretty much the original model for the "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" Twilight Sparkle, though some of Glory's coloring is in Twilight Sparkle's design. Twilight was part maternal figure and part skilled magic user. :)
