I tried to mimic the style of the artist, her light sources are usually less defined but that's not really a bad thing in this case. Her art is usually much cleaner, and I should have used flat colors before shading, but I wanted to make it look painted, because she paints her art by hand whereas mine is digital. I don't think it worked. :V

It feels good to be able to complete an image in 2 hours on a stream though - new record.

If you've ever visited the Lands of Dream, you'll know about the infamous chameleon mushroom that likes to turn into strange objects in the world. While usually a mischievous specimen, this one feels that it would be more comfortable as a crystal, and unfortunately, the other mushrooms are not being very respectful of its life choice. While mushrooms are typically given to philosophy (The more practical and less open-minded behaviors are more typical of flowers), arbitrary distaste or lack of acceptance and understanding are thraits which know no bounds.

(The story was devised in the spirit of what the Lands of Dream are and have always been - and this is why I love them.)
