Perhaps to make him look older, you need to alter his face somewhat? The trouble with that is that his hair is... there's a lot of it. You only have a small part of the face to go on. Hrm. Perhaps a flat chin rather than a pointed one? That sort of thing.
He seems pretty cool though.
