Reference I drew up for an adopt I got from holycolin2015 on toyhouse all the way back in October of 2021! This drawing is from around June of last year though!

This is Dr. Oxford N. Tic! He's a super evolved planarian that emerged from a lake one day, and ever since then he's been trying to figure out what caused him to rapidly evolve, and often attempts experiments on leftover organic matter to try and recreate what happened to him! He's not a mad scientist though, he is very devoted, loving, and kind and treats all his experiments with respect and often treats them like his own children.
