This is the “6886-1 Galactic Peace Keeper” from the Space Police 1 Lego sub-theme.

I did this last night while watching Comedy Central’s marathon of Jeff Dunham specials, as part of a call for build suggestions. It was a fun little exercise, taking about three hours to complete, and with very little complications.
