Grandfather by Kyna_Inkweaver

I'm sorry is something I swore not to say.
And yet here I am, thinking of grandpa.
You crossed my mind today.
Definitely a thing I should have foresaw.

Would you still love me for all I am,
You, the one who taught me to be a man?
Or does being grand-daughter disguised,
force your love to be revised?

I miss your smile, and your eyes.
Would I still fill him with pride,
The man who taught me how to ride,
Six feet under, is where he lies.

I miss you grandpa, this is true.
But would you still love me as I love you?

    This is super sentimental.
Y'never know what he could've thought.
I hope it would've been accepting though.
Everybody wants to be accepted, deep down.
