I had an idea for a desert pasta dish as well that involved combining fruit juices into the dough itself to give it a colorful appearance and a fruity taste. Was going to call it coral noodles, and severed with a sweet cream sauce.
Oooh, that sounds really neat. Maybe use the juices instead of water to bind the flour for the dough? If/when you do this, Id love to hear about the results!
