One of the founding members of Venture, Tess was there from the very beginning.

He seems quite adept at blending in with his surroundings, ever the wallflower happily watching and waiting in the wings. The party's encountered him several times out in the field in various disguises - seemlessly blending into crowds or groups of any size and only making his presence known when he wants it to be.

Now he serves as Venture's Spymaster, but his quiet, soft-spoken presentation juxtaposed with his ruthless efficiency and completely unknown motives make some of his fellow comrades nervous about his true machinations.
