This is an excerpt from the story "Feet and Feasting" by TastyAce, which should help with understanding the idea of this picture:

"He was tired of playing with them now, and he wanted to dispose of them, and nothing more. Luckily, he /had/ been getting hungry--and the taste of human meat sounded good right about now.
He bent down over the three humans, smiling. The one still alive tried to run, but its broken bones made it unable to run--and besides, it wouldn't have gotten far anyway. Justin scooped up the three humans at once, and brought them up to his face. He opened his mouth, the mandables pulling aside to reveal a toothless mouth, ready for food. The human who was still alive let out a scream, and released begging cries from its face hole. But Justin ignored it, and tossed the meat into his mouth. Just trash to be disposed by him--that's all these humans were now.

He tasted them for a brief moment, feeling the distinct flavors of each one--they were especially different for the live one versus the dead ones. Each tasted unique, and he savored them in that small moment. Then he gulped, swallowing all three at once, sucking them through his infrabuccal pocket and toward their journey into the digestive system."
