During one of his inter-planet hopping trips, Justin figured that he would relax down at the beach. Coming out of his blue portal, he was dressed in shorts, and he just seemed to look cute an innocent as he came out, paw looming over a police car. I mean, you can't blame him for making that footprint when he stepped out, don't you think?
