An Avian Anthro by Justin1029

An Avian Anthro

It was a nice, cool evening when the transformation occurred.

Justin was traveling along the forest path. He was a chocobo, a large, flightless avian that had been domesticated by large humans. He in particular was a light grey bird, painted with dark feathers on his chest and face. His beak and feet were a bright yellow color, and each were tipped with black—as was his tail, which was also colored red at the ends of his feathers. He was dressed with sandals for the rough road, and a sweater to combat the breeze.

As Justin walked, he noticed he was starting to feel very strange. As he cautiously stepped forward, he felt his sandal rip—and looked down to find his feet growing! He screeched in surprise, but he was helpless as the transformation took over his body.

Feathers shot out of his skin as Justin began to grow. His body was twisting itself, going from short and stumpy to long and rigid, changing his proportions along with it. His beak warped forward, growing out, then softened, forming what felt like malleable lips, made for expression. His tail sprouted from his behind, shooting further out and expanding in size. Wings morphed inwards, then grew downwards, stretching toward the ground; then his legs shot up, making him taller, and his feet expanded to hold his weight.

And then it was done.

Justin breathed in, taking in the strangeness of what had just occurred. He stumbled toward a puddle and glanced down at it, trying to see what had just happened.

Looking at his reflection, Justin jumped back in surprise. He had the proportions of a human, with a long neck, shoulders for his wings, and /much/ longer legs, with bigger feet to boot. The grey on his neck and chest now covered a much longer distance, as his height was far taller than he had been before. His feet were /massive/ now compared to before, and he wiggled his claws, staring down at them in surprise.

So he was an anthro now. He wasn’t sure what had transformed him, but it was grateful for the change.

Now, what was he going to do next?

Well, there were probably some tiny humans he could step on around here. And he wanted to try out his new feet.

Justin walked into the woods. It didn’t take him long to find a colony—they all looked up when he approached, as his shadow was cast down on the miniature people. The chocobo smirked—he was going to have some fun.

He lifted up his foot—his giant, sweaty, /new/ foot—up above over the micros, letting it hover in the air for a beautiful second. “This is going to be fun,” Justin said, and brought his foot down.

The humans ran around, letting out tiny cries as the yellow wall descended, but nothing could stop it. Justin’s foot slammed down on hundreds of tiny bodies.

Oh yeah. He was going to enjoy this new body.

So, here's a late bday gift, thanks to tastyace! It's a 500 word story, but at least things went pretty well here! It's pretty much like my Chocobo self, going from feral to anthro. And hey, it turned out pretty great~
