As of me writing this, we are two weeks away from FurTheMore, a Baltimore area furry convention taking place from the 14th to the 16th of March.
First off, I am going! Though that should be obvious by now. 
I’m posting this to serve as basically an infodump on my plans for this con, so it may be subject to change. What I hope to accomplish is pretty much just to find more people to hang out with.
I’m gonna be arriving probably around midday or late afternoon Friday. I’ll be visiting area colleges in the morning (this is how I’m writing off my absence from school shhhhhh) and I’m hoping things don’t start to rev up at the con til the afternoon or evening haha.
I’ll be staying at the main hotel and probably not leaving it all that much.
I will be fursuiting sporadically, unfortunately I haven’t been able to finish my current project so I’ll be in my old suit (the white dog version of my fursona).
I’m also hosting a Pokemon TCG panel at noon on Sunday. We won’t be doing any tournament play, this is more for trading, showing off cards, and battling casually! This is my first convention panel EVER so I’m hoping the turnout will be decent but not unmanageable ^^;
I was hoping to visit the Baltimore aquarium, and I’d love to make a group outing of it, but I’m not sure if it’ll be doable. I’ll have to see how the con schedule looks first.
So far I know I’m hanging out with kangagoo and hopefully a few other buddies who live in the area. But please, if you’re going and wouldn’t mind the presence of one shy dorky cat, I’d love to hang out!
I will not have a spot in the dealers den at this con, and I don’t think I’ll be trying to take a short residence in the artists alley either. I’ve got a LOT on my plate lately and this con is supposed to be my escape from it, taking on commissions and deadlines wouldn’t help too much.
However if you catch me wandering the hotel in a daze at 3AM, I may draw you something in exchange for a cheeseburger. That’s happened before. 8|
I’m probably going to commission up a storm, again due to the whole “new fursona and no relevant art” thing.
You should be able to locate me by my badge name (“Junius Arrakis”). Or just look for a loud overexcited enby with short brown hair and a t shirt with some obnoxious 2013 tumblr meme on it, that usually works
I’m rlly mad at myself for changing fursonas AAAAGAIN, because now I have no relevant badges to be identified by -3- I’ll have to try and whip up something competent in time, or commission someone at lightspeed.
But I digress, I won’t be too hard to find.
