This is Neptune! Neptune is basically what would happen if I became a water dragon. Those sleek curves, that soft butt, those girly hips. <3

He sometimes gets mistaken as a girl, and he may have gotten caught trying on a dress once or twice in the past. (Don't believe him! I did not!)
