Commentary:
This page almost didn't make it in, but I got everything I wanted from this scene in one page fewer than I thought I would need. So we get this as a bonus, which feels kinda necessary in retrospect.

This is the last page with Otto in this chapter. We're only a third of the way through the chapter, so I'd usually spread out these kind of things. But due to chapter plans, this whole event HAD to be shown first and uninterrupted. It will make sense next chapter.
