Commentary:
Hey I haven't shown the prison in a while! A good opportunity to show the rogue's gallery... sorta. Only the ones arrested. Volker no longer has his bandages from his defeat in chapter 16. Some of Orhan's gang members and Orhan himself is still there, but I'm not going to talk about him. It'll be explained later why he hasn't broken out with his Dark Power yet.

The unmasking of the twins was a gag I hadn't initially planned on happening until WAAAAAAY later in the story, like volume 5 or later. Oddly enough, the unmasker would have also ended up being Rikku, so this works out great. But yeah my old story plans didn't involve getting Jim and Tim arrested so early, but here we are. This was another benefit to me including Elah last chapter. I really love it when things come together. Their early arrest will give me another opportunity for something else that will be shown later this chapter.

If you're confused as to who is who, don't worry. Their identifies being confusing was at least somewhat intentional. That being said, I find it kinda convenient in retrospect to have panel 4 set up in the way I did. The background color I use for someone angry is red, and the color for someone sad is blue. These both just so happen to match what color masks they wear.

To clear things up for those who want to know, Jim is the older twin with the red mask and wears blue clothes. I had Rikku holding his because he would naturally assume he's the one in charge. Tim is the younger twin who has the blue mask and wears red clothes. Jim has stretchy powers, and Tim can turn into a ball.

My only regret for this page was the cell bars obscuring faces. Which wasn't an issue I saw coming until I starting doing backgrounds, which his one my last steps in the page making progress. Oh well, it did at least work out for covering Orhan cuz I didn't want to show him off too much. I apologize to the cameo of this page tho, but at least he got to appear in a previous chapter (which is why he's in the prison to begin with).
