Commentary:
Now we're finally back in the present, right were we left off from the end of Chapter 19. Cane is still lying there from his getting squished by Orhan. I felt the need to omit the visual on his head because I started to grow more and more concerned about what the potential damage that could have been done to his head/nerves/spine. It's more fun to imagine it... uh right?

As for Mako, he's been shown to not take stressful situations very well. Because of that, I made sure to have Mako's reaction to this particular situation to be the most drastic. Despite Mako's experience with him however, Orhan seems pretty nonthreatening at this moment.
