Commentary:
Holy crap I just answered a lot of questions in one page. If you couldn't tell, Lopu is the one asking about the police in panel 2, which is why I have him shown in panel 3. Lubo had something else on his mind to think about asking that.
And now it's explained how his power works. Mako also couldn't help out Lopu when he got food poisoning from the bread. That's the reason why I decided to keep that page, to misdirect the reader a bit. Figured that it would make Mako least likely to be a healer.
